Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns of any kind at this time.

However, if item(s) are defective or the wrong size, you may exchange for item(s) of equal or lesser value. All requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. We have the right to refuse an exchange it we feel it does not meet the qualifications listed above.

All sales on "media" items, such as CDs, EPs, Demos, Songs, Videos, and Photographs, are FINAL sale. These types of items will NOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. Some exclusions apply.
